a £80/$110 cleaning charge will be added to the total price.

A deposit of 20% is required to secure your villa booking, with the balance due 30 days before your arrival date.
A security deposit of £150/$250 will also be requested with your final payment – this will be returned within 21 days of your departure, after the villa has been checked for any loss, breakages or damage sustained during your rental period.
Pool Heating is optional (normally necessary for pool/spa use from October through May) and can be purchased for:
